We have lived here about 4 months and so far we have really enjoyed it! The apartment size is great, especially compared to the competition out there. The grounds are so well maintained. The gym is spectacular and our little guy loves the pool. Staff is excellent and maintenance is always quick to respond if there was a problem.

I have had an apartment rented here for 3 years. Clean grounds, good layouts, and a very non-invasive complex. We have never had trouble when working with the recent management and staff, and when we had a recent technical glitch when paying rent, the resolution was swift and painless. I would recommend.

Nice, quiet community. Maintenance always responds in a timely manner. Great location, close to canyons, schools and shopping. Less than 30 minutes to the airport. Stunning views. Plenty of parking for guests.
