Renting with a pet can have its challenges no matter where you live, but finding the right community can be incredibly rewarding. Pinnacle Highland Apartments knows your four-footed companions are happiest by your side and that’s why we allow up to two pets per household.

Pinnacle Highland has plenty of outdoor space including private patios or balconies. Our community is also purr-fectly located next to Willow Creek and the Flat Iron Mesa which offers beautiful scenery and easy walking and running trails. See for yourself!

Here at Pinnacle Highland, our community loves pets, nonetheless we ask that our furry friends are kept on a leash at all times when in the public areas. We take pride in our property and are delighted to know our residents clean up after their pets. We encourage all pet owners to carry a supply of bags and use the provided stations to dispose of waste.

Restrictions: Breed Restrictions apply. Pit Bull, Staffordshire Bull Terrier (American/English); Rottweiler; Doberman Pinscher; Chow; German Shepard; Mastiff (Bull or Cane Corso); Malamute; Husky; Presa Canario; American Bull Dog; Great Dane; Akita; Wolf Hybrid and any hybrids, combinations or mixes of the above.

Love living at Pinnacle Highland! They seem to care about their residents and the way their property looks. They might be a little stricter on rules than other complexes I have lived in, but it makes a difference. I feel comfortable walking my dog alone at night.
